Are you tired of seeing tulips in their usual form? Tulip petals can be opened or re-flexed to create a fuller bloom by carrying out the following procedure:

Tip: Reflecting Tulips
Are you tired of seeing tulips in their usual form? Tulip petals can be opened or re-flexed to create a fuller bloom by carrying out the following procedure:
- Use slightly dehydrated or full-bud tulips.
- Remove the tulips from the water about half an hour in advance to let them slightly dehydrate.
- Gently hold the base of the tulip petal between your thumb and index finger, and at the same time gently push the top of the petal backwards, curling it outwards. The petal will pop backwards to open.
